Appendix Ⅱ Advantages of KDN-58Y
2.1. All unit machines are skid-mounted construction, connected by fixed-size short pipe, after testing on supplier site, delivery the plant together with all pipes and valve to User site, the User needn’t buy them by themselves, we make ensure the plant’s perfect and integrate.
2.2 The User only need prepare well the workshop, workshop ground and crane is ok, needn’t prepare other installation materials and tools.
2.3 Small volume, occupied small area, complete set of plant only occupied 100M2(20m×5m).
2.4 Complete set of plant be installed without foundation, also has following advantages: stable running, easy operation, convenient maintenance,
2.5 To keep all valves’s quality, the cold-valve of Rectification column adopt the best-quality valve in Air separation Industry, the Purifier valve adopt stainless steel valve, install thermostability mat in it, ensure little wear, no cooling leak, no gas leak, long life, during the long-term running.
2.6 All unit machines adopt the advanced technology, so reduce power consumption greatly, save electricity fee.
2.7 Complete set of plant could be transported by car easily, suit to suburban and faraway district; ensure supply nitrogen to customer in time.
2.8 The cooling way of plant is by air, the User needn’t make cooling water pool, save capital cost.
2.9 The installation and commissioning time is very short, it only need 15-30 days.
Appendix Ⅲ Scope of Equipment Supply by Buyer
3.1 The buyer should guarantee the feed air quality fulfills the requirements as the Appendix Ⅰ describes.
3.2 The engineering design includes utilities engineering design, civil engineering design, etc.
3.3 Equipment and material for the utilities engineering, civil engineering, including the workshop equipments, lighting, sanitation, water supply and drainage, telecommunication, indoor air conditioning, fire control, heating and lifter device.
3.4 Lighting-protection equipment, earthing device for the outer of the fractionating and outdoor containers.
3.5 Installation and debugging for the equipment, including the installation tool, dismounting and pressure testing tool, means of inspection and testing.
3.6 Necessary auxiliary equipments such as welding rod, degreasing. etc. for installation, and paints for last coating of equipments and plants.
3.7 Articles, oil, etc. for device debugging and normal operation.
3.8 Electricity consumption for device mechanical run test, linkage debugging and start-up.
Appendix Ⅳ Scope of Equipment Supply by Seller
The seller supply a whole set of KDN-58Y Liquid nitrogen plant accord with the principle of unit and complete set.
Unit and complete set machine principle: Including the whole set of the unit machines and auxiliary equipment, pipes, valves, relative base plate, stand, anchor bolts, nut, inlet and outlet companion flange for each unit plant. Pipes, valves, pipe fittings, heat insulation, silencer in the cold box.
4.1 Joint pipeline (including flanges, bolts, nuts, gasket and other joints in the pipeline) in the device, and necessary pipe frame, valve frame, heat-insulating material, packing iron sheet, etc.
4.2 Heat-insulating materials in the cold box.
4.3 Heat-insulating, sound-insulating and other protection measures in the pipeline.
4.4 Common manual analyzer in the analysis room.
4.5 Electric wire and cables for the connection from the low-tension distribution board to each unit plant.
4.6 All the gauge pipe, pipe frame, cable, sealing gas system pipeline and accessories for the connection from unit machine, equipment to each local cabinet.
