Mobile cryogenic transport tank is used to transport LAR by mounting a tank on semi trailer prepared by the client, which can be designed and fabricated according to the trailer’s size. This can dramatically reduce ocean freight and make full use of customer’s current asset.
Mobile tank consists of perlite vacuum powder type and multi-layer super-isolation type. Perlite vacuum powder type has advantages of easier maintenance, while multi-layer super-isolation type is lighter in weight and therefore maximize the payload, plus it has longer holding time. A pump can be equipped in the operation cabinet for quick transfer of cryogenic liquid. High pressure tank (over 18 bar) has built in pressure building coil to vaporize gas and no pump is needed in this case. Therefore the investment is reduced as the mobile tank can be immediately operational.
