On July 2, 2022, the 30,000Nm3/h Air Separation Plant of Qingshan Steel in Qingshan Industrial Park, Indonesia, which was produced by Hangzhou Chuankong and Zhejiang Dachuan, successfully achieving an instant operation success, and the Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon products all reached the design targets expected.

The successful commissioning of this 30,000Nm3/h ASU once again proves the advantages of Hangzhou Chuankong and Zhejiang Dachuan in the technology, manufacturing, quality and service of Air Separation Plant, and demonstrates the influence of "Made in China" in the Indonesian market.

So far Hangzhou Chuankong and Zhejiang Dachuan have supplied several sets ASU for Qingshan Park. The Unit 5 successfully commissioned this time is also the second set of 30,000 grade Air Separation Units supplied in complete sets.

The construction cycle of the project is short and the requirements are high. In order to ensure the safe and efficient progress of the project, Hangzhou Chuankong and Zhejiang Dachuan rely on the technical strength of Sichuan Air Separation Group and years of experience accumulation, insist on optimizing design and manufacturing, and skid the cold box in sections, which greatly improves the efficiency for transportation and installation.

During the on-site installation at the end of 2021, the construction of the project was severely restricted due to the shortage of personnel and materials during the full outbreak of COVID-19 in Indonesia.  While strictly preventing the epidemic, the project team actively coordinated personnel and materials. In accordance with the work deployment of "focusing on quality, paying attention to details, and ensuring nodes", the project team carefully sorted out construction nodes, strictly wrote various special plans, and closely organized and arranged for the project to be completed on schedule and with high quality.
