1. Check whether the appearance of the Dewar flask is damaged and whether the safety accessories are complete.

2. Check whether the Dewar valve and dewar bottlersbody are contaminated by oil.

3. Check whether the identification label is consistent with the filling medium and whether it is within the inspection period.

4. Measure its weight with a weighing instrument to confirm the remaining amount of liquid.

5. Close the boost valve, open the vent valve, and connect the low-temperature filling hose.

6. Slowly open the filling valve to pre-cool the inner tank. After the vent valve appears white mist, you can slowly close the vent valve and open the inlet valve until it is fully open.

7. Pay close attention to changes in flow rate and pressure gauge during filling, and overpressure is strictly prohibited.

8. When the filling reaches the height of the liquid level or the filling weight is reached, close the filling valve.

9. Depending on the pressure in the bottle, gradually close the vent valve.

10. Disconnect the filling connection hose, paste the certificate of conformity, and put the Dewar bottle into the finished product area.

11. Safety precautions: You must wear protective equipment when filling Dewar to prevent frostbite.

12. The storage, transportation and use of industrial dewar container must ensure that the cylinders are in an upright state, and horizontal rolling, storage and transportation are strictly prohibited.
