PU insulated LCO2 semi trailer tankers are designed and manufactured for CO2 and N2O services with carbon steel inner vessel. Such pressure vessel is insulated with a conventional insulating material such as expanded polyurethane. The sealed cladding made of aluminum, protects the insulation against mechanical damage and prevents any moisture penetrating into the insulation. Polyurethane foaming LCO2 semi trailer tankers have advantages of light weight and low cost. It is suitable for transport of LCO2 for driving distance within 3-5 days.
