1. 8. Vehicles and ships transporting gas cylinders shall not park near prosperous urban areas, densely populated schools, theaters, large stores, etc.; when vehicles and ships are parked, drivers and escorts shall not leave at the same time.

9. Cyliners containing liquefied petroleum gas must not be transported more than 50 kilometers away.
