Dr. Kang Jin, General Manager of North Integrated Circuit Technology Innovation Center (Beijing) Co., Ltd., stated that electronic gas is one of the important materials for integrated circuit manufacturing. Against the backdrop of continuously escalating domestic demand and intensified foreign blockades, the localization development of the entire integrated circuit industry chain in China is urgent. The semiconductor materials industry in our country is small and scattered, and the problem of homogeneous competition is becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, enterprises need to strengthen technological innovation and take the path of differentiated development. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation between higher education institutions and industries, build technological innovation platforms, and cultivate local talent teams. Li Shaobo, President of the China Electronics Gas Hundred People Association and Vice Chairman of China Shipbuilding (Handan) Pairui Special Gas Co., Ltd., believes that compared with international peers, China's electronic special gas industry has a larger growth space and a smaller overall scale, and its international influence needs to be improved.
