The most widely used industrial application is cryogenic air separation technology for air separator plant including liquid air separation and gas air separation plant.  

Cryogenic method: Using the different boiling points of the components in the air for Oxygen Generation Plant, Nitrogen Generation Plant and Argon Generation Plant through a series of technological processes, the air is liquefied, and the different components are separated through rectification. Compared with other methods, this method can achieve complete separation of air components, product purification, large-scale equipment, and dual state (liquid and gas), so it occupies a leading position in the industrialization of production equipment. Compared with traditional separation, the separation of these gases can only be achieved in a low temperature environment below 100K, so it is called cryogenic method (or cryogenic method).
